Beaches Spring Sprint 2016
Whether you are in it to win it or are just looking for a relaxing day the Beaches Spring Sprint is a fun time for a good cause. Start your Spring season off with a spring in your step and get out there. We have braved the Canadian winters and we have shoveled enough snow for a lifetime and now it is time to celebrate.
We all know how different our amazing city is in Winter and Summer and every year for 29 years running the Beaches Spring Sprint has helped ring in the end of Winter and the beginning for Spring for all of us.
Whether you are a yearly participant, new to running, a seasoned vet or just want to come out and meet everyone we welcome you to come join us for a healthy and fun day of running, awards, raffles, entertainment and more and to meet all of us.
